Hassan Mishmast Nehi received his Ph.D. in Mathematics, Iran, in 2003. He is currently a professor at the Department of Mathematics at University of Sistan and Baluchestan, Iran. He has published about 80 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings.
His current research interests includeOperations Research, Fuzzy optimization, Graph theory, Evolutionary Algoritms. He has supervised 45 Ph.D. Thesis.

Arsham Borumand Saeid received his Ph.D. in Mathematics, Iran, in 2003. He is currently a professor at the Department of Pure Mathematics at Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman, Iran. He has published about 370 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings.
His current research interests include fuzzy sets and applications, fuzzy logic, algebraic logic, and algebraic structures. He has been an Editorial Board Member of some international academic journals and a reviewer for many international journals, including Mathematical Reviews (USA) and Zentralblatt MATH (Germany). He has supervised 10 Ph.D. Thesis.
