The late Professor Dr. Nasser Reza Arqami had a special role in the beginning and continuation of these studies. In this article, we describe his role and influence in scientific research related to the field of statistics and fuzzy probability, to his articles in this field.<br />We mention and also discuss the role of Master Arqami in the educational and promotional fields of statistics and fuzzy probability. Finally, we refer to his scientific and executive activities in the Iranian Fuzzy Systems Association (such as the establishment of the association and the launch of the scientific-research journal of the association). ‎ <br />‎ نخستین مطالعات در حوزۀ آمار و احتمال فازی در ایران به حدود ربع قرن قبل (ابتدای دهۀ هفتاد هجری شمسی) باز می‌ گردد. استاد مرحوم دکتر ناصر رضا ارقامی نقش ویژه‌ ای در آغاز و تداوم این مطالعات داشتند. در این ‏مقاله، نقش و تاثیر ایشان را در پژوهش‌ های علمی مرتبط با حوزۀ آمار و احتمال فازی شرح می‌ دهیم ، به مقالات ایشان در این زمینه اشاره می‌ کنیم و هم چنین به نقش استاد ارقامی در زمینه‌ های آموزشی و ترویجی آمار و احتمال فازی می‌ پردازیم . سرانجام به فعالیت‌ های علمی و اجرایی ایشان در انجمن سیستم‌ های فازی ایران (مانند تاسیس انجمن و راه‌ اندازی مجلۀ علمی - پژوهشی انجمن) اشاره می‌ کنیم .  https://jfsa.fuzzy.ir/article_86072_643ea95bac06b6d2d7326c79a7e77729.pdf
