بهبود ماشین یادگیر هیجانی مغز با الهام از ماشین یادگیر محدود فازی آنلاین حافظه‌دار بازگشی مبتنی بر سیستم عصبی فازی تاکاگی‌سوگنو

چکیده

الگوریتم‌های مختلف طبقه‌بندی و مدل‌های پیش‌بینی در بسیاری از علوم و تکنولوژی بطور گسترده استفاده می‌شوند. در میان روش‌های مختلف آن‌ها، روش‌های داده-محور مشهور شامل مدل‌های شبکه‎‌های عصبی مصنوعی و فازی عصبی بدلیل ویژگی‌هایشان مورد توجه بسیاری از محققین قرار گرفته است. به منظور توسعه و غلبه بر معایب این مدل‌ها، از مفاهیم سیستم‌های بیولوژیکی مغز انسان استفاده می‌شود. بر این اساس از سیستم لیمبیک مغز هیجانی جهت توسعه این مدل‌های استفاده می‌شود. یادگیر هیجانی مغز یک شبکه عصبی مصنوعی هیجانی مبتنی بر تعامل مولفه‌های تالاموس، کورتکس، آمیگدلا و اوربیتوفرانتال است.. این ماشین یادگیر معماری و الگوریتم‎های یادگیری متفاوتی دارد.
در این مقاله از ماشین یادگیر محدود فازی آنلاین به عنوان اجزای تشکیل دهنده آمیگدلا و اوربیتوفرانتال در ماشین یادگیر هیجانی مغز استفاده می‌شود. به منظور تعامل میان اجزای اصلی ماشین یادگیر هیجانی مغز، از ماشین یادگیر محدود فازی آنلاین حافظه‌دار بازگشتی با عمق حافظه مختلف با قابلیت انتقال یادگیری استفاده می‌شود. ماشین طراحی شده نهایی، ماشین یادگیر هیجانی مبتنی بر ماشین یادگیر محدود فازی حافظه‌دار بازگشتی آنلاین نامیده می‌شود. ماشین شناختی ارائه شده بر اساس یادگیری داده‌های آموزش به صورت الگو- الگو یا دسته-دسته (با طول ثابت و متغییر) طراحی شده است و می‌تواند داده‌های آموزشی را که قبلا آموزش دیده‌اند را کنار بگذارد. مقایسه کارآیی روش پیشنهادی با روش‌های یادگیری مشابه بر روی مسائل سری‌های زمانی آشوبی انجام می‌شود. نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل و شبیه‌سازی نشان می دهد که کارایی و دقت روش پیشنهادی بیشتر از سایر روش‌ها است.
