طرح نمونه‌گیری دنباله‌ای فازی با معیارهای پذیرش و رد نادقیق

چکیده

یکی از ابزارهای مهم در حوزه کنترل کیفیت آماری‏، طرح نمونه‌گیری برای پذیرش است که بر اساس اطلاعات به دست آمده از نمونه گرفته شده از انباشته تولیدات‏، تصمیم‌گیری درباره کیفیت انباشته تحت بازرسی در هر مرحله از تولید که نیاز باشد‏، انجام می‌گیرد. با توجه به روش نمونه‌گیری بکار گرفته شده‏، تاکنون طرح‌های مختلفی توسط محققان در محیط کلاسیک و فازی مطرح شده‌اند. در این مقاله طرح نمونه‌گیری دنباله‌ای برای پذیرش انباشته‌ای از تولیدات در صورتی که با آزمون فرضیه‌های فازی سر و کار داشته باشیم، معرفی می‌شود. در طرح معرفی شده، علاوه بر نادقیق انگاشتن نسبت اقلام معیوب انباشته، معیارهای پذیرش و رد انباشته نیز مقادیر فازی فرض می‌شوند. در طرح حاضر، برخلاف طرح دنباله‌ای موجود، ناحیه مربوط به ادامه نمونه‌گیری به سه بخش افراز شده و تصمیم‌گیری فازی درباره پذیرش، رد و یا ادامه نمونه‌گیری از انباشته تحت بررسی، با توجه به ‎اینکه نقطه متناظر با تعداد اقلام معیوب مشاهده شده در هر مرحله از نمونه‎‌گیری در کدام ناحیه واقع شده باشد، انجام می‌گیرد. در پایان از یک مثال کاربردی برای تفهیم بهتر مطالب استفاده می‌شود. نتایج حاصل نشان می‌دهد که طرح فازی معرفی شده، در حالت خاص، طرح دنباله‌ای موجود در حالت کلاسیک را نتیجه می‌دهد.
