بهره‌برداری اقتصادی-آلایندگی شبکه توزیع مجهز به هاب انرژی با در نظر گرفتن عدم قطعیت

چکیده

این مقاله به مسئله برنامه‌ریزی یک هاب انرژی متصل به شبکه توزیع می‌پردازد. مسئله مورد نظر یک مسئله چندهدفه با اهداف کمینه‌سازی هزینه بهره‌برداری و حداقل نمودن میزان انتشار آلاینده‌ها است. از پاسخگویی بار و منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر در راستای نیل به اهداف ذکر شده، استفاده می‌شود. جهت مدل‌سازی پاسخگویی بار از یک مدل قیمت‌محور استفاده شده است که انتقال بار نام دارد. نیروگاه خورشیدی و توربین بادی به عنوان منابع تجدیدپذیر مورد استفاده قرار گرفته‌اند. از آنجائیکه عدم قطعیت برخی از پارامترها موجب بروز مشکلاتی در راستای بهره‌برداری از شبکه توزیع می‌گردد؛ در این مقاله مدل‌سازی عدم قطعیت‌ها مدنظر بوده است. شبکه استاندارد 33 باس IEEE به عنوان شبکه تست در نظر گرفته شده و مسئله غیرخطی بیان شده، در محیط نرم‌افزار گمز (GAMS) پیاده‌سازی و حل شده است. جهت حل مسئله چندهدفه از روش جمع وزنی و برای انتخاب بهترین حل از روش رضایت‌بخش فازی استفاده شده است. نتایج مطالعات عددی اثر پاسخگویی بار، منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر و عدم قطعیت بر روی هزینه بهره‌برداری و میزان انتشار آلاینده‌های زیست‌محیطی را نشان می‌دهد.
